Dispatch Fee Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that LadyDeeFleet charges a 10% dispatch fee on each load booked through our dispatch service. This fee is deducted from the gross rate before payment is issued. I understand that I am responsible for my own fuel, insurance, maintenance, and compliance while LadyDeeFleet handles load booking, rate negotiation, and paperwork.
